These tasty Italian dessert oats using Pinole Chia Oatmeal are a breakfast worth waking up for! It's high in fiber, protein and super tasty. One of the best healthy overnight oats recipes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original
  • 1 cup flax milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 crushed up piece of dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar
  2. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Give it a good mix & serve cold.
