This easy-to-make breakfast will keep you going all day!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal
- 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Pinch of Sea salt
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- First, mix your Pinole Chia Oatmeal, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl
- Then add greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract; mix again.
- Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Give it a good mix & serve cold.
- Don't forget toppings! I topped mine with berries, more yogurt & granola!
Tips
*Other toppings I recommend: strawberries + more yogurt
*This should last for up to 4 days in the refrigerator
*We used a 2:1 liquid to oatmeal blend ratio to create a porridge-like consistency. If you want a thicker texture, add slightly less milk
