The sweet taste of figs and the creaminess of cashew butter come together to create this tasty and high-fiber oatmeal using The Pinole Project's Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • FOR TOPPINGS
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • Figs

Instructions

  1. Mix your Pinole Chia Oatmeal blend well
  2. Add milk and vanilla extract, mix again
  3. Place in microwave for 2 minutes, or longer if needed to reach the oatmeal consistency you like
  4. Once your bowl is ready to be handled, give it a good mixing
  5. Add your toppings!

Tips

- Depending on your microwave's wattage, an extra 30 seconds may do the trick for the oatmeal
