Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original flavor
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Caramel details:
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend together Pinole Chia Oatmeal, milk, banana, protein powder, vanilla extract, coconut flakes, baking powder and salt
- Pour half of mixture into a greased ramekin, put a spoonful of caramel sauce in the middle and pour the rest of the batter on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
