These pear, walnut and pecan baked oats are HEAVENLY. We love putting pears in baked oats because they’re already so soft and give it an amazing texture with the crunchy walnuts!! Try these baked oats today!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cubed pear
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts & pecans
Instructions
- Blend together Pinole Chia Oatmeal, milk, banana, baking powder, salt, brown sugar and protein powder.
- Pour mixture into a greased ramekin and mix in your pear and chopped walnuts and pecans
- Top with some brown sugar!
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and ENJOY!
