The combination of mint and rich chocolate comes together in these Mint Chocolate Chip Baked Oats! They are just as nourishing as they are tasty.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/3 cup previously roasted cubed sweet potato
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dropper full of liquid chlorophyll (for green color & extra health benefits!)
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Blend together Pinole Chia Oatmeal, milk, sweet potato, protein powder, peppermint extract baking powder and chlorophyll
- Pour mixture into a greased ramekin and top with chocolate chips!
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
