These Lucky Charms Baked Oats definitely took us back to our childhoods. Anyone else pick out the marshmallows... I did! Well here's a baked oats version of this classic cereal. Also, did you know Lucky Charms are gluten free?! Yep! Up your breakfast game and give these healthy baked oats a try!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original flavor
- 1/2 cup milk (I used protein flax milk)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup Lucky Charms cereal
- More Lucky Charms marshmallows to top
Instructions
- Blend together Pinole Chia Oatmeal, milk, banana, protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt and Lucky Charms cereal!
- Pour into a greased ramekin and top with as many Lucky Charms marshmallows as your heart desires!
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 minutes.
- Top with some more milk (optional but recommended) and enjoy this amazing breakfast (or lunch or dinner)!
