These Lucky Charms Baked Oats definitely took us back to our childhoods. Anyone else pick out the marshmallows... I did! Well here's a baked oats version of this classic cereal. Also, did you know Lucky Charms are gluten free?! Yep! Up your breakfast game and give these healthy baked oats a try!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original flavor
  • 1/2 cup milk (I used protein flax milk)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • More Lucky Charms marshmallows to top

Instructions

  1. Blend together Pinole Chia Oatmeal, milk, banana, protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt and Lucky Charms cereal!
  2. Pour into a greased ramekin and top with as many Lucky Charms marshmallows as your heart desires!
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 minutes.
  4. Top with some more milk (optional but recommended) and enjoy this amazing breakfast (or lunch or dinner)!
