If you love churros and oats, you're going to love this delicious and nutritious breakfast recipe! Dusted with cinnamon and light brown sugar, these oats are going to hit the spot on mornings when you're craving something sweet! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal PB + Cacao flavor
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or preferred milk
  • Toppings:
  • Chocolate chips
  • Light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. Place your Pinole Chia Oatmeal, flax seeds, vanilla extract, banana, cinnamon, baking powder and banana In a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mash banana
  4. Stir in the milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Transfer the batter to a 6-ounce oven-safe ramekin.
  6. Add chocolate to middle
  7. Sprinkle light brown sugar and more cinnamon over the batter.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 19-21 minutes, or until set. OR, microwave on high for 3 minutes!
