Calling all cinnamon roll lovers! You’re gonna love this! Cinnamon mixed with sweet bready goodness is always a yes in my book. This is like a healthier, more filling version of Cinnabon! Try it out!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original
  • 1/3 cup previously roasted white sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar sweetener
  • Splash of vanilla extract.

Instructions

  1. Blend together Pinole Chia Oatmeal, sweet potato, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and baking powder.
  2. Pour mixture into greased ramekin and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  3. While it’s baking, mix together your cream cheese, coconut nectar sweetener and a splash of vanilla extract.
  4. Put frosting in a plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner to apply the frosting!
  5. Drizzle your cinnamon bun baked oats with your frosting and enjoy!
