Calling all cinnamon roll lovers! You’re gonna love this! Cinnamon mixed with sweet bready goodness is always a yes in my book. This is like a healthier, more filling version of Cinnabon! Try it out!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original
- 1/3 cup previously roasted white sweet potato
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
- 1 tsp coconut nectar sweetener
- Splash of vanilla extract.
Instructions
- Blend together Pinole Chia Oatmeal, sweet potato, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and baking powder.
- Pour mixture into greased ramekin and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
- While it’s baking, mix together your cream cheese, coconut nectar sweetener and a splash of vanilla extract.
- Put frosting in a plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner to apply the frosting!
- Drizzle your cinnamon bun baked oats with your frosting and enjoy!
