Who doesn’t love granola??? It’s so good topped on just about anything. Oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, ice cream, baked oats, etc. You can also just put in a bowl with some milk and it is so delicious! If you’re a chocolate lover, you’re going to love this!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together the coconut nectar, sunflower seed butter and applesauce until combined and then add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix together.
  2. Put mixture on a greased baking sheet and flatten it out.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 22 minutes and let cool. Break apart the pieces when cooled to create your granola! ENJOY! 🥰
